Introducing: City of Adelaide Market Square & Central Market Expansion
Exclusive Linings is proud to be a part of the City of Adelaide’s exciting Market Square and Central Market expansion, a $400 million project set to transform the city’s iconic market district. Commencing in late March 2025, Exclusive Linings will play a key role in the construction of both the “Podium” and the “Commercial Tower” within this landmark development. This project, one of the largest commercial endeavours in South Australia, will not only revitalise the Adelaide Central Market but also create a vibrant hub for commerce, residence, and leisure, solidifying the city’s position as a premier destination.

Modbury (SA)
Exclusive Linings are proud to assist in the construction of a specially designed state-of-the-art Mental Health Precinct & new Cancer Centre.
Thebarton Barracks (SA)
Thebarton Barracks will be relocated to it’s new home, hosting 32 larger horse stables, an undercover area and also house the SA Police’s dog operation unit.
ALUA Train Line Upgrade
Supporting around 8,500 jobs, the ALUA upgrade will see Perth’s first major elevated rail through sections of Victoria Park, Canning and Armadale.
